Kids' Yoga Classes

We run weekly kids' yoga classes on the NSW Central Coast, for children aged from 5 to 9 years old.

Unfortunately, due to the current coronavirus pandemic, we have been forced to cancel all upcoming classes at Umina Beach Yoga.

To ensure that your children can still enjoy the benefits of yoga and mindfulness – which are needed now more than ever – we are holding regular FREE 'virtual' sessions live on Facebook.
